The long-running Japanese variety show Detective! Knight Scoop *(a beloved Osaka-based show where "detectives" investigate quirky viewer requests, running since 1988)* has a history of going places other TV won't. This episode is a prime example: the show had been receiving a flood of "stinky pride" submissions — viewers sending in their smelly socks, feet, and worse, daring the show to rank them. So they did.
