What's going on

A wife heard her husband calling out in a shaky, weak voice, begging for help. Naturally, she assumed something had gone wrong and rushed over to see what was happening.

What she found instead was her husband mid-handstand, doing a bit of strength training, while their dog took full advantage of the situation and went after his face with everything it had. Upside down and unable to move without risking a fall — or worse, stepping on the dog — all he could do was call out helplessly while getting thoroughly licked.
